What is MailClone?
MailClone is a free service that works with Microsoft's Windows Live to provide alternative email address extensions. Wish you had an email extension that better expressed your style? Does it seem like all of the good email addresses are taken already? You can replace your current hotmail.com extension with something more to your liking or simply get a second address and link it your existing account (see how). Your email will still be handled by Windows Live's state of the art technology. MailClone does not have access to your email account details, besides your address. Your email is just as secure as always. As an added bonus, your MailClone account works as a Windows Live id, which you can use with services such as Windows Live Messenger, SkyDrive and more.

How We Work
Hotmail lets you choose your email address, but then you are stuck with the @hotmail.com part. Not very original. At MailClone we let you use one of our more expressive email extensions and still choose your email address for FREE. Which sounds better? Bob@hotmail.com or Bob@RockBuff.com, or Bob@NeverContactMe.com. Tell them who you are or how you feel, all from the Windows Live account you're already familiar with.
MailClone uses the existing Windows Live service. You can easily access both your existing Hotmail account and your expressive MailClone account by using a drop down menu after you link the two accounts (see how to link two or more accounts). You don't need to download anything! Your email is secure because we never see your messages or private information. You are in completely in control. We walk you through the whole process and then you are free to do what you want with your MailClone email address.
